London Visit 30th July
On the 30th July myself and Emily visited East London to meet with some potential new staff members. Performing interviews and viewing ID gave us the opportunity to meet some lovely candidates for our September start positions.
We planned our day out very well, ensuring that we could be safe and socially distance, keeping ourselves and the candidates safe throughout the day.
We all love this time of year, meeting lots of new candidates and seeing the amazing potential that hopefully will be part of our ever-growing Junior Jam instructors. Our PPA cover is very popular and it is imperative we have the best staff members we can, we never fail in our recruitment process due to the dedication of our heads of departments.
After a full day of meeting all our potential new staff members it was time to get on the road again, ready to be back in our office in Bradford the next day. This was also a very important yet busy day as we now have to process all ID seen and then we get to do the next fun part…... Offer our positions. Its always a great day when we get to offer out our positions, giving candidates the happy news is amazing.
Now we need to plan our visits to induct and train all our new staff, throughout the UK. 50 new staff members to meet and get ready will be just as fun, we can’t wait!!
