Hi I'm Jess

Hi everyone! I’m Jess and I have just started my second week at Junior Jam as the Recruitment Administrator. I have had a great first week getting to know all the staff in the office. The office is a great environment which is really important to me in a job role.

Junior Jam is currently getting prepared for the new academic year in September so I have been helping unpack and organise the new equipment and resources for our PPA cover staff. We have had large deliveries for our new computing, music and sports equipment which is currently in the process of being organised in to the correct kits for our staff.

I have also been able to sit in a few Zoom interviews with Katy for our sports coach roles and language teacher roles. This has been really interesting seeing the different candidates and hearing about their teaching experiences and seeing if they will fit our job roles. I am also starting to learn the process of offering candidates a job role and the next steps which happen after interview and well on my way to learning recruitment admin.  

I am excited to learn much more in the next few weeks so I can crack on with my job role and be a helping hand to my other colleagues here at Junior Jam!
